Software + Encryption
We want your data protected as much as you do. To ensure this we provide you with custom backup software which uses 256-bit AES encryption (military grade) to encrypt your data before it leaves your computer. Your data is also encrypted when its stored on our high security Australian Data Centres so not even our staff can see it. In fact even if anyone could somehow access the servers, your data is stored in little bitty 6kb blocks, completely scrabbled from one an other so it's useless unless tey have your personal access details.
Backups and Disaster Recovery
Your backups run automatically and continuously in the background. If there are error a reports a report is delivered, enabling you to verify that the backups are working successfully and your data is protected. Each backup does not simply overwrite the last, instead up to the last 14 backups can be retained, enabling you to recover past versions of documents & files when you need them.
Specially Design Data Center
Our Backup Cloud set up in a RAID 50 configuraton with fault-tolerant and redundancy mechanisms, which means they are specifically designed for storing “mission-critical” data. Our Primary Data Center works with a time delayed secondary Data Center separated by 35km.
Police Checked Staff
All staff managing our Cloud Backup facilities have been cleared with police checks.
